5'3", 135 lbs got M/L and fits well. Like the butt lift. Does have a lot of texture (not smooth) and although can't see it under clothing, you can feel it through clothes. Snug but not constricting. Band is a little tight on thigh area. I wish all shapewear would create a pee hole and loosen thigh band! Good purchase overall, would recommend as long as you don't mind feeling the texture under your clothing.

***UPDATE*** i just realized i apparently ordered the wrong size. The chart shows my weight i should have gotten an XL instead but in the description of the item it says true to size. Get your normal size so thats what i went by and got a M/L. I guess it depends on where you carry your weight too. INITIAL REVIEW: Very stiff. I wouldn't consider it comfortable at all. Its very restrictive is definitely going to hold you in. It held my booty in too much. I dont want it flattened. It also caused fat bulges in my thighs so bewarned of that depending on what you're trying to wear this with. Im 5'4 185lbs got the M/L. Im not sure how i feel about this. I wouldn't say dont get it but at the same time you might run into fit issues as well. Guess it all depends on your body and if you want to take the gamble of it not working out. I wont be sending mine back. It was cheap enough to take the disappointment in the fit. i think if any thing this is good for wearing under a flowy dress but not for body con or jeans unless you dont mind a smooshed booty.

So while the material is firm and comfortable.... my only problem I have is that it does not stay up is will slide down(in back) or rolled down(in back) which to me says that it lack back support and the steel bones are really not that strong. if it would have better support around the band part of the garment like a adhesive inside on the band and have atleast 8 steel bones instead the four which too me is not enough for that type of material of the garment it needs additionally 1 in the middle front and back to 1 on each side maybe that would have help with the garment not sliding down and rolling down. I am returning mines, no point in keeping something I can't use or benefit from.

I was so excited when I ordered these, because I’m always needing something to help keep my stomach tighter. I had gained a little extra weight after having my daughter in from C-section it never seem to tighten back up. I typically wear in 18 and women’s and I weigh 220 pounds. I followed the size chart and I ordered. I was not even able to try this on because the leg holes were so small that I couldn’t get them over my thighs. I attached a picture of how big the leg holes are - if your thighs are thicker than the length of your hand then this product is not for you. I’m not sure if they sent me the wrong size or what happened because it does not have a tag that says the size but it did not fit how it should at all. The material does feel nice though

Very pleasantly surprised with this. Im bottom heavy with a small waist wanted something to hold in my saggy mommy tummy without shaping me wierd or pushing the fat up n making me look boxy. It shapes all the right places actually very comfortably. I did feel like I had to pull it up so that the area between my bra n where the shorts ended didn't bulge but I have a long torso still not bad. Def makes me more comfortable in tight clothing.
