I absolutely hate control wear! I detest it. Unfortunately, aI have an item or two of clothing that seem to need it and I am forced to, once again, enter that hateful world of control wear. I thought I might give Amazon a chance since the brick and mortar stores had had a chance by me. I never really expected a winner from Amazon but here it is. So, for this 60+ grandmother who refuses to get old, I struck gold when I found Yummie's Bra Friendly Slip. The secret to its success is the substantial thick solid line of rubber (caulking, for lack of a better term) that manages to seal the slip to one's legs so that the slip doesn't ride up during the wearing of it. Even better for me, the slip was actually long enough to pretend to be a real slip (and control wear) at the same time. It was nice to be able to sit, cross my legs, etc and not have to worry about the slip walking or rolling up my thighs during the wearing of the garment day or night.

So far I have bought 3 shapewear slips at Macy’s and 3 at Amazon in 2 weeks. The 3 from Macy’s all we’re returned. One of the Amazon purchases is in return process and 2 were good. Of the 2 this is the best!
This does the job. It’s so light weight but it has a panel down the center front that doesn’t give . It’s marvelous for flattening the tummy. The rest feels like a good firm squeeze but not so it strangles the breathe out of you. It wasn’t cheap but I got what I paid for so I don’t mind the extra dollars. The other one I will keep I’d also a ‘Yummie’ brand👍Highly recommend if you’re looking to appear a size smaller with no pants and bra lines.

Fits beautifully-very well made. I haven’t walked around in it much yet so not sure if it stays put but the silicone tape at the bottom is quite thick so I don’t think it will be an issue. I purchased this to replace another brand that I have with the silicone tape that is now quite worn. I’m not sure why designers don’t make them with the tape as this is the only thing that prevents them riding up and they’re hard to find. Kudo’s to the designers of this slip!
